Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of broccoli rabe, chopped (optional)
  • Pizza dough
  • Marinara sauce
  • 8oz sliced swiss or provolone cheese
  • 8oz your favorite Colameco’s sliced meat
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  • Boil a large pot of water, add broccoli rabe and cook for 4 minutes. Drain, squeeze all water out, and set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  • Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edge.
  • Layer cheese, broccoli rabe and Colameco’s slices on dough.
  • Tightly roll up the pizza dough starting from the long edge.
    Pinch ends in. Brush the top with egg.
  • Place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut slits about 2 inches apart into the top of the dough.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Cool, then slice and enjoy!
