Salami Egg Cups

Ingredients:
- 24 slices of Colameco’s Salami
- 12 eggs
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large muffin tin.
- Fill each muffin tin slot with 2 overlapped pieces of salami.
- Break eggs into each salami cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until egg whites are set.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
