Salami Egg Cups

Ingredients:

  • 24 slices of Colameco’s Salami
  • 12 eggs
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a large muffin tin.
  • Fill each muffin tin slot with 2 overlapped pieces of salami.
  • Break eggs into each salami cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, until egg whites are set.
  • Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
