Prosciutto Salami Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • Pre-made pizza crust (or your favorite homemade recipe)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Colameco’s Salami
  • Colameco’s Prosciutto
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Basil leaves, optional

Instructions:

  • Place the crust on a cooking sheet or pizza pan. Drizzle olive oil on the dough and then sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  • Place the sliced salami across the dough so it covers the whole surface. Add prosciutto slices. Finish by sprinkling mozzarella cheese on top. Add basil leaves if desired.
  • Bake at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the edges have browned.
