Prosciutto Salami Flatbread

Ingredients:
- Pre-made pizza crust (or your favorite homemade recipe)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Colameco’s Salami
- Colameco’s Prosciutto
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Basil leaves, optional
Instructions:
- Place the crust on a cooking sheet or pizza pan. Drizzle olive oil on the dough and then sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Place the sliced salami across the dough so it covers the whole surface. Add prosciutto slices. Finish by sprinkling mozzarella cheese on top. Add basil leaves if desired.
- Bake at 450 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until the edges have browned.
