Italian Style Macaconi and Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 8oz pasta, cooked
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6oz Colameco’s Sliced Salami
  • 8oz shredded Mozzarella
  • 6oz sun dried tomatoes
  • 8oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 16oz heavy cream

Instructions:

  • In a pan on medium-low heat, cook salami, sun-dried tomatoes, and salt and pepper for about 8 minutes.
  • Add heavy cream and butter to a separate pot to melt.
    Add cheese and stir until everything is fully melted. Add flour and stir on high heat.
  • Once combined, add pasta and salami mixture to cheese and stir.
