Italian Style Macaconi and Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8oz pasta, cooked
- 4 tbsp butter
- 6oz Colameco’s Sliced Salami
- 8oz shredded Mozzarella
- 6oz sun dried tomatoes
- 8oz shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
- 16oz heavy cream
Instructions:
- In a pan on medium-low heat, cook salami, sun-dried tomatoes, and salt and pepper for about 8 minutes.
- Add heavy cream and butter to a separate pot to melt.
Add cheese and stir until everything is fully melted. Add flour and stir on high heat. - Once combined, add pasta and salami mixture to cheese and stir.
