Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of broccoli rabe, chopped (optional)
- Pizza dough
- Marinara sauce
- 8oz sliced swiss or provolone cheese
- 8oz your favorite Colameco’s sliced meat
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Boil a large pot of water, add broccoli rabe and cook for 4 minutes. Drain, squeeze all water out, and set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edge.
- Layer cheese, broccoli rabe and Colameco’s slices on dough.
- Tightly roll up the pizza dough starting from the long edge.
Pinch ends in. Brush the top with egg. - Place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut slits about 2 inches apart into the top of the dough.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Cool, then slice and enjoy!
