Green Beans with Pancetta

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3oz Colameco’s Pancetta
  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 12oz green beans
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  • Heat a pan over medium heat with olive oil. Add pancetta and cook, 5-10 minutes depending on preferred crispness.
    Remove from pan and drain on a paper towel.
  • Add shallots to pan and stir until translucent. Set aside.
  • Add green beans to pan and cook, about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add pancetta and shallots back to pan with green beans and heat for 2 minutes.
